Which payment methods can I use?
On our Donate page: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut Pay, plus EU local options (e.g., iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort, Giropay, EPS, P24/BLIK, TWINT, Multibanco). Availability depends on your country/currency.
Do you accept bank transfers or direct debit?
Yes — SEPA Direct Debit (EU) and bank transfer/ACH where supported. Choose the option on the Donate page or contact us for instructions.
Can I donate with crypto?
Yes. Wallet addresses are listed on the Donate page. Please share the transaction hash for your receipt.
Are monthly donations available?
We currently process one-time gifts. If you prefer monthly support, leave a note — our team will arrange it with you.
Will I receive a receipt? Is it secure?
Yes. Receipts are emailed automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe with SSL and PCI-DSS compliance.
Do you charge fees?
Payment providers charge small processing fees. We keep fundraising costs lean, and report allocations in donor updates.
Do you support ACH in the United States?
Yes. We support ACH Direct Debit via Stripe for US bank accounts. Select Bank account (ACH) on the Donate page and follow the verification steps. Processing can take 3–5 business days; a receipt is emailed once the payment is confirmed.
Do you accept wire transfers (SWIFT/IBAN)?
Yes. For gifts over €5,000 we can provide IBAN/SWIFT details (EU) or USD wire instructions (US). Contact info@warvictimsfund.com for bank information. You can also find the fund's details on the donations page.
Which currencies can I donate in?
We accept EUR and major currencies (USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, etc.). Your card issuer or bank handles FX; the receipt shows the processed currency.
Can I get a refund if I made a mistake?
Yes. Email us within 14 days with your transaction ID. Refunds are returned to the original method; payment fees may be non-refundable per provider rules.
How do you protect my data?
Payments run on Stripe; we never store card details. Donor data is handled under GDPR; we use it only for receipts and impact updates. You can opt out anytime.
Is it possible to dedicate a donation in honor or memory of someone?
Yes, you can dedicate a donation in honor or memory of someone. Simply add a note on the Donate form, and we’ll include the dedication in your receipt and, with consent, in our impact report.
